Rose Petros

Certification Specialist - Cedar Team

Rose joined the PCO team as a Certification Specialist in May 2025. She graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a BS in Animal Science and a Minor in Poultry Management. Prior to working at PCO, Rose was a Certification Officer at OTCO and worked in the nut processing industry as a Food Safety Supervisor. Based in Northern California, Rose enjoys exploring the area with her husband and their dog.
