Complaints and investigation requests are welcome from members of the public, other organic certifiers, and certified operations. We take these concerns seriously and appreciate you taking the time to share information that may help protect organic integrity.

Information submitted through this form is kept confidential. PCO will use the information to review and respond to your concern and may share it with the USDA National Organic Program when necessary.
