Nicole is a Certification Program Coordinator with a passion for supporting farmers & producers dedicated to organic agriculture and sustainable practices. She joined the PCO team in August of 2026.

Since 2023, Nicole has worked in organic compliance, building her knowledge of organic certification requirements and supporting producers as they work to achieve and maintain certification. Combined with nearly two decades of experience in the large animal veterinary industry, she brings a well-rounded understanding of agriculture, animal health, regulatory compliance, and the dedication required to operate successful farming and ranching businesses.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys gardening, raising her Akaushi cattle and AQHA horses with her husband and daughter in Central Texas.
