2026 Organic Cost Share Program Update

July 2026- The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is now accepting applications for the Organic Certification Cost Share Program (OCCSP) for both the 2025 and 2026 program years.

If you are a certified organic producer or handler, you may be eligible for reimbursement of 75% of your eligible certification costs, up to $750 per certification scope each year. If you are certified in more than one scope (such as crops and livestock), you may be eligible for multiple reimbursements.

APPLICATIONS FOR BOTH THE 2025 AND 2026 PROGRAM YEARS ARE DUE BY DECEMBER 31, 2026.

To apply, contact your local Farm Service Agency (FSA) county office.
