Kayti is a Pacific Northwest native who is passionate about the intersections of nutrition, equity, and sustainable food systems. She holds a BS in Integrative Health from Arizona State University’s Edson College of Nursing and Health Innovation and brings varied experience to the role, having previously served as an inspections coordinator, managing Mexican inspection programs, and working in certification operations within a dual-language team.

Outside of work, Kayti is a fan of all things cozy. She can usually be found with a coffee in hand, baking something fresh, or getting lost in a cozy mystery series. On sunny days, she enjoys getting outside to look for birds and blooms.
