Heather joined PCO as a Certification Specialist in August 2026, bringing 20 years of experience in organic certification. She spent the majority of her career with NOFA-NY Certified Organic, serving in a variety of certification roles before becoming Compliance Director.

Raised on a dairy farm, Heather brings both practical agricultural experience and a passion for organic agriculture to her work. She resides in New York, where she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and enjoying the outdoors.
