Pennsylvania Certified Organic invites members and the public to the Winter Standards Meeting to hear about updates to the organic regulations and discuss other issues relating to organic production. This meeting will be of particular interest to livestock producers who will have the opportunity to shape PCO policy on livestock living conditions and animal welfare. Other topics to be discussed include residue testing, unannounced inspections, and new PCO programs including 100% Grassfed Certification and Forest Grown Ginseng Verification.
